The founder, Jack Mancini has created an enterprise to design and build High End ‘Spec’ homes in a Modern style of architecture or otherwise known as Tropical Modernism and Modern Minimalism. This style of architecture is widely the most sought after style now in South Florida and has garnered some of the highest sales prices per square foot.

Local restaurateur and Owner/Operator of Mancini’s Ristorante, Mbar and others over the past 15 years. Born into a family Construction Business from Michigan who relocated to Ft. Lauderdale after a successful Amateur golf career became a licensed General Contractor in 1981.
